This is a practical, hands-on experience combining education, gentle movement, sound, and guided relaxation to support both body and mind.

 Learn how fascia affects your movement, posture, and pain patterns, and discover simple ways to support its health.
Accessible and expressive movement and vocal toning to release tension and improve body awareness.
Grounding Yin Yoga to enhance stability, tissue hydration, and overall comfort.
Experience an immersive sound session using singing bowls, gongs, and voice to encourage deep relaxation and clarity.
Reflect on your experience, share insights, and leave with practical tools to continue your practice at home.
After the retreat, you’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your body, new self-care tools, and a sense of calm and restored energy.

Location: Enchanted Studio at the Bisley Yurt, surrounded by nature
Time: 10:00am – 2:00pm (arrive from 9:45am)
