Supporting You, Together

I’m pleased to collaborate with Jo Coulter, an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist specialising in pain and injury management for the joints, ligaments, muscles, and fascia. Jo’s expertise extends to EDS, persistent pain conditions, as well as women’s health, including pregnancy and postnatal recovery. With a career that spans both Australia and the UK, Jo has worked with elite athletes, performers, and the British Army, bringing a wealth of experience to her practice. She employs a hands-on approach, combining manual therapy with up-to-date pain science and evidence-based interventions to support patients on their recovery journey.

Jo and I share many common philosophies around whole-person support and the biopsychosocial aspects of managing chronic conditions. While Jo works with patients on rehabilitation, focusing on addressing the physical aspects of pain and injury, I offer complementary health coaching to bring everything together. Together, we recognise that factors such as sleep, stress, nutrition, and lifestyle can all play a significant role in both pain and recovery. By collaborating in this way, we ensure a comprehensive approach that addresses both the body and the mind. Our shared focus on individualised, holistic care helps patients not only recover but also develop lasting strategies for managing their health.

Trusted Partnerships

Living with complex conditions like hEDS, HSD, or chronic pain often means navigating a fragmented system alone. I believe truly effective care comes from collaboration—not isolation. That’s why I work closely with a trusted network of independent specialists, physios, and osteopaths. When more targeted support is needed, I refer directly, no gatekeeping, just the right care at the right time. Together, we provide coordinated, compassionate support that sees the whole you, not just your symptoms.
